This Thursday, we’ll be seeing you at the fourth edition of the Legnica Technology Meetup!
As organizers, we encourage you to register - it helps us provide the right space, equipment and comfort for all participants, as well as efficiently share organizational information.
During the event, speakers will share practical knowledge and insights from their daily work.
Maciej Czerpiński – “Everyday Refactoring – Small Steps Matter”
On why refactoring is an investment in the future of every project.
Mateusz Buczek-Kozak – “Analysing the Analyst – Analysing Creatures and Where to Find Them”
Who is an analyst really and how does their work impact business decisions?
Paweł Stachowski – “Digital Documentation in Railways – From Paper Protocols to Intelligent Reports”
How technology streamlines processes in one of the most demanding industries.
It’s a great opportunity to hear real case studies and learn about the technologies used in commercial projects.

See you on Thursday!
We’re not slowing down!
After TechCrunch in San Francisco, it’s time for Lisbon, where on Monday we’ll join thousands of tech companies at Web Summit! This is another economic mission organized by the Lower Silesian Marshal’s Office, in which we participate to promote companies from the region and exchange experiences with partners from around the world.
Web Summit is a great space for discussions about real technological challenges and to show how Blumilk approaches solving them.
If you’re also in Lisbon, visit us at booth E221 - let’s meet and talk about what we can achieve together!
Krzysztof Rewak and Karol Zygadło from Blumilk took part in the prestigious ICDMIR 2025 - International Conference on Data Mining and Intelligent Research, organized by Jan Wyżykowski University.
The event brought together researchers, engineers and experts in artificial intelligence, data science and data analysis.
Their presentations were based on research into the practical application of AI models in industry and automation:
1. AI Assistant for Craft Breweries: Heuristic and Embedding Models for Beer Recipe Recommendation
The presentation covered an intelligent assistant designed for craft breweries, created by our team.
2. Vision-Based Detection of Label Presence for Automated Quality Control
The second paper describes a computer vision system that uses image analysis models to automatically detect the presence of labels on products.
Publication in the Springer Series (Scopus)
The research results have been accepted for publication in the STEAM-H Springer Series (ISSN: 2520-193X; E-ISSN: 2520-1948), indexed in Scopus, Mathematical Reviews and zbMATH.
This is a significant distinction and a confirmation of the scientific quality of the research conducted at Blumilk.
Participating in ICDMIR 2025 is another step in combining academic research with real business practice. It demonstrates that the solutions developed at Blumilk are built on solid scientific foundations and have practical applications in automation, industrial quality control and industries requiring decision-support systems.
