See you on Thursday!

We’re not slowing down!
After TechCrunch in San Francisco, it’s time for Lisbon, where on Monday we’ll join thousands of tech companies at Web Summit! This is another economic mission organized by the Lower Silesian Marshal’s Office, in which we participate to promote companies from the region and exchange experiences with partners from around the world.

Web Summit is a great space for discussions about real technological challenges and to show how Blumilk approaches solving them.

If you’re also in Lisbon, visit us at booth E221 - let’s meet and talk about what we can achieve together!

We are proud to have participated in the 32nd Polish-German-Czech Business Cooperation Forum - the largest business cooperation fair in Poland, bringing together entrepreneurs from Poland, Germany and the Czech Republic.

The event provided not only an opportunity to exchange experiences but also inspiring presentations and discussions on cross-border collaboration and how modern technologies - especially artificial intelligence and process digitization - can truly support the growth of companies and institutions.

We had the chance to attend several valuable sessions, including “AI in Business – Where to Start and How to Implement It to Save Time, Money and Energy”, which perfectly aligns with our mission. At Blumilk, we have been developing solutions based on artificial intelligence, automation and data intelligence, helping organizations work faster, smarter and more efficiently.

We would like to thank Karkonoska Agencja Rozwoju Regionalnego S.A. and the Marshal’s Office of the Lower Silesian Voivodeship for the invitation and the opportunity to take part in this outstanding event.

In just a few days, Krzysztof Rewak will represent our company at TechCrunch Disrupt 2025 in San Francisco - one of the most important and influential events in the world of new technologies, startups and innovation.

Blumilk’s presence at the event is not only an opportunity to showcase our expertise but also a chance to discuss the future of digital products built on modern technologies supporting digital transformation, including solutions powered by AI.

Our participation in TechCrunch Disrupt is part of the economic mission organized by the Marshal’s Office of the Lower Silesian Voivodeship, carried out within the Going Global 4.0 project, whose aim is to support the international expansion of companies from our region.

For us, it is an important distinction and a sign of trust, showing that Lower Silesia can confidently present its technological capabilities on the international stage.

If you are attending TechCrunch Disrupt, we warmly invite you to visit sector G1.
We’ll be happy to talk about designing modern digital products, system architecture, process automation and the use of artificial intelligence in business.

The KES International Conference on Knowledge-Based and Intelligent Information & Engineering Systems is one of the world’s most prestigious scientific events dedicated to artificial intelligence and intelligent systems. Each year, it brings together hundreds of experts, researchers and practitioners who share the latest discoveries and practical applications of AI technologies.

This year’s 29th edition is taking place in Osaka, at the prestigious Ritsumeikan University (立命館大学) - a renowned institution fostering the development of cutting-edge research and technology.

We are proud to announce that Krzysztof Rewak presented his first scientific paper titled “Optimizing batch fermentation scheduling in smart breweries with artificial intelligence methods” during the Industry Applications track.

Krzysztof’s presentation highlighted how artificial intelligence algorithms can support industrial development - from process optimization and more efficient resource utilization to improved flexibility and faster response to dynamic market conditions. His work is a strong example of how academic research and practical expertise can converge into real-world innovation.

For us participation in KES International 2025 is more than just showcasing research results. It is a testament to the fact that our work goes beyond delivering projects for our clients. We continuously invest in personal growth, research and new inspirations that later translate into tangible solutions for business.

Krzysztof’s achievement is a source of pride not only for him but also for the entire Blumilk team. It is a reminder and a motivation for all of us to embrace new challenges, explore the unknown, and push the boundaries of what artificial intelligence can do

Today's conference "AI, digitalization, industry - common directions of development", organized by the Legnica Special Economic Zone, Wrocław University of Science and Technology - Branch in Legnica and the Lower Silesian Automotive Cluster, was not only an important voice in the discussion about the future of the industry, but also a confirmation that digital transformation is a reality that is happening here and now.

As a business partner of the event, we had the pleasure of actively participating in the substantive program.
PhD Piotr Nadybski appeared on stage, who in his presentation presented specific examples of artificial intelligence implementations carried out by our team:

  • large language models supporting local institutions in analyzing and processing information,
  • graph analysis in the financial sector to detect connections and anomalies,
  • automatic data extraction from legal documents, which shortens work time and minimizes errors.

During the speech, one key thought was heard:
A well-designed AI is not an experiment - it is a real tool for solving specific problems and increasing efficiency.
Technology, including AI, should be implemented with people, processes and business context in mind. Only then will it become a lasting and valuable element of a modern enterprise.

We would like to thank the organizers for the invitation and the opportunity to co-create this important event. Meetings like this show that Lower Silesia is ready for the digital revolution - and we want to be a part of it.

See you at the next conferences!

In a world of rapid technological change, education cannot afford to lag behind. That’s why we participated today with great enthusiasm in the “AI in Education” conference, held at the Wrocław Academy of Business in Applied Sciences.

A common theme throughout all discussions was responsibility both in terms of how new solutions are implemented and their impact on students, teachers, and the entire educational ecosystem.

EdTech is out everyday reality.
For years, we’ve been designing and developing IT solutions dedicated to education, supporting both public institutions and private learning centers.
We've built applications that facilitate educational content management, systems for software administration in academic environments and tools that enable better communication between students and universities. We prioritize clear interfaces, data security and adapting solutions to the real needs of users from teachers and IT administrators to students themselves.

At the conference, we found the conversations around responsible implementation of AI in education especially relevant. Technology can support learning processes, personalize teaching methods to individual student needs, and relieve teachers of repetitive tasks. But just as importantly, it must be used ethically, transparently and with a focus on the long-term development of young people.

That’s why we believe the future of education lies in combining innovation with a deep understanding of social and cultural contexts. Conferences like this one are an invaluable forum for exploring the challenges and opportunities facing the education sector in Poland.
