Non-alcoholic beverage technology is one of the fastest-growing segments of the food industry, requiring a level of precision that modern IT solutions are able to deliver.
On May 17-19, we invite you to the Bałtów Tourist Complex (Bałtów 8a) for the first scientific conference in Poland fully dedicated to the technology, quality and future of non-alcoholic beers - Perfect Fermentation 2026.
Why are we talking about it? Because Krzysztof Rewak will be part of the event. During his presentation titled “Applications of Artificial Intelligence Methods in Non-Alcoholic Beer Production”, he will discuss the technical aspects of optimizing production processes, focusing on:
- predicting fermentation parameters using advanced machine learning algorithms,
- intelligent process control minimizing the risk of production errors,
- digital twin modeling, enabling breweries to test production scenarios in a virtual environment before implementing them in real operations.
The event is organized by the Wolny Kraft Association and the University of Agriculture in Krakow.
