Our news

Blumilk joins the group of participants in the Lower Silesian Business Leaders initiative - a series of meetings supporting the development of SMEs in the Lower Silesia region. The event combines business practice with expert knowledge, creating a space for exchanging experiences and making informed development decisions.

During the upcoming conference, Piotr Nadybski PhD will take the stage and share his experience in designing and implementing technology solutions. His talk, titled “From Idea to a Working System - How Technology Should Support Business and Why It Doesn’t Always Do So Properly” is aimed at entrepreneurs who want to better understand the role of technology in building business value.

During the presentation, key topics will be discussed: where real business value is created in the product or system development process, why technology - even as advanced as AI - should not be a goal in itself and how to make decisions that minimize risk while maximizing business outcomes.

The conference is addressed to business owners, managers and all those responsible for business development who want to make more informed investment decisions in the area of technology.

The event will take place on April 27 at 10:00 AM at the European Centre for Education and Culture Zgorzelec - Görlitz.

The event is organized by the Lower Silesian Development Fund.

After participating in economic missions in Canada, Spain, and Portugal, we are heading to another continent - this time to Chile, where we will take part in EtM Day, one of the most important technology and innovation conferences in South America.

This is already the last economic mission we are joining this year, once again organized by the Marshal’s Office of the Lower Silesian Voivodeship, whose goal is to support the international growth of companies from the Lower Silesia region.

Chile is one of the fastest-growing countries in South America in the areas of technology, digital transformation and innovation ecosystems. The market is open to new tools, partnerships and projects that can increase the efficiency of public administration, business and sectors related to public services.

Our company will be represented on-site by the CEO & Co-Founder of Blumilk - Piotr Nadybski PhD, who will take part in discussions on international cooperation and the development of technology in South America.

A joint mission with the Marshal’s Office of Lower Silesia
We are delighted to once again represent Lower Silesia on the international stage together with other innovative companies from the region. Participation in such missions provides a real opportunity to build new business relationships, exchange knowledge and strengthen the global presence of the Lower Silesian IT sector.

If you plan to attend EtM Day – feel free to reach out!

Today's conference "AI, digitalization, industry - common directions of development", organized by the Legnica Special Economic Zone, Wrocław University of Science and Technology - Branch in Legnica and the Lower Silesian Automotive Cluster, was not only an important voice in the discussion about the future of the industry, but also a confirmation that digital transformation is a reality that is happening here and now.

As a business partner of the event, we had the pleasure of actively participating in the substantive program.
PhD Piotr Nadybski appeared on stage, who in his presentation presented specific examples of artificial intelligence implementations carried out by our team:

  • large language models supporting local institutions in analyzing and processing information,
  • graph analysis in the financial sector to detect connections and anomalies,
  • automatic data extraction from legal documents, which shortens work time and minimizes errors.

During the speech, one key thought was heard:
A well-designed AI is not an experiment - it is a real tool for solving specific problems and increasing efficiency.
Technology, including AI, should be implemented with people, processes and business context in mind. Only then will it become a lasting and valuable element of a modern enterprise.

We would like to thank the organizers for the invitation and the opportunity to co-create this important event. Meetings like this show that Lower Silesia is ready for the digital revolution - and we want to be a part of it.

See you at the next conferences!

The International Youth Forum is currently taking place in Legnica with the goal of inspiring, connecting and supporting young people on their path toward conscious personal and professional development.

During one of the forum’s key discussions, titled “From Passion to Enterprise – People Who Change the Rules of the Game,” PhD Piotr Nadybski took the floor. Together with other speakers, he spoke about the role of passion, determination and courage in building a career path and creating an enterprise that not only responds to market needs but also reflects the values of its founders.

The story of Blumilk fit perfectly into the core theme of the discussion. The company, founded in Legnica by local technology enthusiasts, now employs nearly 30 specialists and develops software for clients across Europe. From the very beginning, its goal has been not only to deliver IT solutions but also to build a team where quality, integrity and relationships - both internal and with clients - truly matter.

Thanks to events like this, we have the opportunity to share our experience with young people who are just beginning their professional journey, but already have the potential to shape the future.

Legnica is a city with a rich history and great potential for the future. How can this potential be fully realized? What steps should be taken to make Legnica an even better place to live, study, and work? These questions were the focus of the debate "What Will Legnica Be Like in the Future?", organized by Gazeta Wyborcza at Centrum Witelona in Legnica.

The event brought together many engaged participants, including students from VII High School, representatives of the City of Legnica, and local entrepreneurs. One of the keynote speakers was PhD Eng. Piotr Nadybski, CEO of Blumilk, who has been actively supporting education and the development of modern technologies in the region for years. He emphasized the crucial role of technology in shaping the city's future. He pointed out that one of the key factors in Legnica’s growth should be creating conditions that foster the development and employment of highly skilled technology professionals. Such a strategy could contribute to the city's dynamic progress and help retain young, talented individuals.

A Shared Vision: The Legnica of the Future

The debate highlighted that young people are aware of the challenges facing the city and are eager to take an active role in shaping its future. A key takeaway from the discussion was the need for close collaboration between local government, businesses, and educational institutions. By working together, these stakeholders can transform Legnica into a center of modern technology and innovation.

At Blumilk, we are proud to be part of this transformation. Our mission is to support initiatives that will make Legnica a city that attracts talent, fosters innovation, and creates new opportunities.
