A great success of the fifth edition of Legnicki Meetup Technologiczny!

The fifth edition of the Legnicki Meetup Technologiczny confirmed what has been evident for some time - the local IT community in Legnica is growing rapidly and attracting an increasing number of engaged participants. This time, the event brought together as many as 90 attendees, including both regulars and those who joined for the first time, often spontaneously.

Such high attendance translated not only into a great atmosphere but also into tangible organizational challenges. The venue was filled to capacity, clearly indicating that future editions will require a larger space to comfortably accommodate the growing community.

Special recognition goes to the speakers, whose presentations captured the audience’s attention and sparked numerous discussions. Among them were:

  •  Krzysztof Rewak, Co-founder & CTO at Blumilk (initiator of LMT)
  •  Patryk Juniszewski, Senior Android Developer at nexos.ai
  •  Krzysiek Palikowski, Analyst and Solutions Designer at KGHM COPI

Their commitment and willingness to share knowledge significantly elevated the substantive value of the event.

Participants actively engaged in conversations and this is what makes the meetup more than just a series of talks - it is a real platform for growth within the local technology community.

The organization of the meetup would not have been possible without the support of partners and institutions that actively contribute to this initiative. These included:

  •  The City of Legnica and the Mayor of Legnica, Maciej Kupaj
  •  Witelon Collegium State University
  •  Legnica Special Economic Zone
  •  SOFTIQ
  •  Joanna Rewak Legal Counsel's Office
  •  Industrial Support

The growing number of participants, high-quality content and strong engagement are the foundations on which future editions will continue to build.

See you next time!

Blumilk joins the Lower Silesian Business Leaders - DFR initiative.

Blumilk joins the group of participants in the Lower Silesian Business Leaders initiative - a series of meetings supporting the development of SMEs in the Lower Silesia region. The event combines business practice with expert knowledge, creating a space for exchanging experiences and making informed development decisions.

During the upcoming conference, Piotr Nadybski PhD will take the stage and share his experience in designing and implementing technology solutions. His talk, titled “From Idea to a Working System - How Technology Should Support Business and Why It Doesn’t Always Do So Properly” is aimed at entrepreneurs who want to better understand the role of technology in building business value.

During the presentation, key topics will be discussed: where real business value is created in the product or system development process, why technology - even as advanced as AI - should not be a goal in itself and how to make decisions that minimize risk while maximizing business outcomes.

The conference is addressed to business owners, managers and all those responsible for business development who want to make more informed investment decisions in the area of technology.

The event will take place on April 27 at 10:00 AM at the European Centre for Education and Culture Zgorzelec - Görlitz.

The event is organized by the Lower Silesian Development Fund.
